Freelance Ghostwriter – A Cup of Joe
Freelance Ghostwriter – The All Important Cup of Joe
As a full time professional ghostwriter, I work all hours of the day and night; whatever it takes to get the job done on time.
My business resources include my computer, the worldwide web, my hands, my head, my heart, and my coffee pot. I consider coffee an important part of my work, and I treat it as such.
1. A coffee bean grinder is essential. I buy only whole bean coffee, and not just ANY coffee, either. Every pot of coffee that is brewed in my kitchen is made from freshly ground coffee beans, ground just before the mix goes into the pot.
2. I sweeten each cup of Joe with “Sugar in the Raw.” I don’t use this product because I think it is healthier; I use it because it tastes better than white sugar. Raw sugar is minimally processed and retains some very distinctive qualities that are not found in granulated white sugar.
3. I use real cream in my coffee. It provides a distinctive flavor that cannot be obtained using plain milk. I definitely do not use powdered creamer of any kind.
A good cup of Joe should be savored, not endured.
Coffee is not the only beverage that drives a devoted professional freelance ghostwriter. My pantry also contains a large selection of gourmet teas, and on a cold winter night you just can’t beat a cup of gourmet hot chocolate with a big dollop of whipped cream on top along with a few chocolate shavings.
I consider my coffee pot one of the tools of my trade, and a comforting cup of Joe has aided me many times in keeping the midnight oil burning so a quality writing job can be delivered as expected and on time.
